Terms of Service

Last updated: October 12, 2026 · Holistica Foundation Inc.

These Terms govern your use of MISS (Multidisciplinary Inclusion Support System), a service operated by Holistica Foundation Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. What MISS is — and is not

MISS provides educational information, document organization and advocacy coaching about U.S. special education (IDEA, Section 504, FERPA). MISS is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. AI-generated answers and letters may contain errors; review everything before relying on it or sending it. For legal representation, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and a parent, guardian or authorized advocate of the student whose information you add.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you upload.
  • You may only upload records you have the right to share.

3. Free trial and subscription

  • New accounts get a 7-day free trial; no payment card is required.
  • After the trial, continued access requires a paid plan: $8.99 per month or $89.90 per year (prices in USD; taxes may apply).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
  • Switching between monthly and annual takes effect immediately, with prorated charges or credits.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse MISS: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other families' data, no reverse engineering, scraping or reselling of the service.

6. Intellectual property

All advocacy frameworks, legal strategies, counter-scripts and guides in MISS are the work of Holistica Foundation Inc. You keep ownership of the documents you upload and the letters you generate.

7. Limitation of liability

MISS is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holistica Foundation Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of school, legal or administrative proceedings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
